 Nicole Smith-Schultz, M.Ed

Bio

Nicole D. Smith-Schultz is an advocate for education. As her career as an educator thrived, literacy became a huge focus. Nicole applied her vast knowledge along with her passion for children's literacy and began to write stories. She wanted to see more books geared towards youth. After finishing graduate school in 2012, Nicole began work on her other dream: becoming an author!

 

In 2014, Nicole published her first children's book entitled "Could My Teacher be A Superhero?" Nicole has embarked on an active journey as an educator and self-published author. She has been asked to speak at numerous educational and literary functions throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Nicole likes to write about her experiences as an educator. Nicole creates stories that can relate to youth and depict childhood experiences. In 2015, Nicole started her own business: Books By Nicole. A book company that supports books with positive messages for children.

 Today, Nicole has completed TWO Master's Degree programs and is fondly known as "lovey" in the home she shares with her husband. She works as a School Librarian Media Specialist for New Jersey public schools and continues to write books.​
